Powerlet ProForm Heated Liner

Powerlet's ProForm Premium Heated Liner is manufactured with ProForm panels, a premium collar, unique sleeves, full heat coverage, and zippered cable openings. These features display the attention to detail and quality. ProForm panels stretch for maximum heat transfer, simple sizing and freedom of movement. Men's sizes from Small to XX-Large and Women's sizes from Small to X-Large.

The premium collar is lined with Polartec fleece and contains heating elements. Polartec fleece is comfortable to sensitive neck skin and also wicks away the rain. The collar's heating elements provide warmth that can be felt throughout the body, providing a truly memorable riding experience

The liners unique sleeve finishing decreases the bulk under your jacket and glove in the wrist area. This feature allows for watches to be worn and outer jacket zippers to be zipped!

Powerlet ProForm Liners provide industry leading warmth in extreme cold conditions. Full heat coverage is achieved by wiring the front, rear, arms and collar of the liner. Heating elements are also sewn in the extra-long tail of the liner to heat the small of your back.
 

Adding heated gloves is simple. ProForm liners also employ zippers on all of the cable openings to ensure that unused glove connectors do not get in the way when taking on/off your outer jacket. The gloves can be powered by either the liner controller or a second independent glove controller. Cables for the second glove controller connection point are also stored inside a zippered pocket.

A convenient pouch is standard with all ProForm liners. The liner is designed for a small pack-down size so it can easily be carried in limited space.

The sizing chart shown below is to be used as a reference. Sleeve length shown in the dimension chart is so if you typically wear a sleeve of the length shown, that size will fit appropriately. It does not mean the sleeves will be this finished length. Sleeves are to end typically just above the outside wrist bone. THIS IS FASHIONED AS AN UNDERGARMENT. IT IS A LINER AND IS MADE TO FIT SNUG IN ORDER FOR PROPER HEAT TRANSFER TO TAKE PLACE.

Note: I'm 6'4" and 200 lbs. I have a Men's XL jacket liner and I love the fit. It's snug enough but with some room to spare. The sleeves are long enough and the collar is excellent! If you have a rather extra large tummy I would suggest the XXL or even the XXXL size. The Large size does have extra tummy room, but not that much. In other words, the waist sizes below are a bit HIGH. Waist measurements are usually below the tummy, so keep that in mind.

The Rider Gloves don't have the carbon fiber armor of the Sport Gloves, but they do have Kevlar sewn in for protection. Porelle makes them waterproof yet breathable, and Thinsulate gives them a soft layer of insulation inside.

Two velcro adjusters on the wrist and gauntlet assure a snug yet comfortable fit. Extra layers of leather line the outside of the palm for long wearing, while extra layers of suede line the outside of the index and middle fingers  for wiping the fog off your visor.

We recommend using a Powerlet Performance Controller with all ProForm liners. Running the liner directly connected to the bike will be too hot in all but the most extreme cold conditions. Also the Powerlet Performance Controller can be adjusted to limit the power drawn from the bike allowing the liner to be used on both large and small bikes.
