3 Circuit Solution HD - also on this page: extra connectors, leads, splitters, and other options
This Kit is for higher current needs. Each circuit of the HD unit is 15A capable. Total maximum current draw max for the HD Kits is 35A. This Kit uses unsealed .250” connectors that are easy to work with if crimping or soldering.
There are 2 versions which connect to your bike in different ways. Battery version connects directly to the bike’s battery. The Powerlink version need a Powerlink Battery Leads to connect to your bike’s battery. Both versions have 2 relay switched circuits and 1 unswitched always on circuit. The Unswitched circuit can be for battery charging. Both switched circuits will be relay switched, using 2 switching leads with PosiTaps included for easy and secure connections to a 12V switched wire and ground on your bike.

NEW - now with a Choice of direct Battery Connection as shown above, or a Powerlink Connection, as shown below, with a 2P heavy duty sealed male connector to plug into the Powerlink Battery Leads. This option allows you to use the Powerlink jumpstart system or add another high power circuit to the bike for high power horns etc.

- Heavy Duty Panasonic high temp sealed 40A relay with relay socket
- main 30A fuseholder with included 30A ATM fuse plus a spare
- Metri-Pack 3 ATM sealed fuseholder with cover cap - comes with five circuit fuses (15A,10A,7.5A,5A,2A) for accessories such as: headlight relay kit, Power Socket, Heated Grips, etc. You can install other sizes of fuses for what ever you need in the three positions up to 15A per circuit, but a maximum of 30A fuse must be in the main fuseholder.

- relay switching lead comes with a Posi-Tap for easy connection to an ignition switched wire on your bike.
- Switched circuits are turned off when the bike is shut down. An unswitched circuit is always hot. Yes you can charge your bike’s battery through the unswitched circuit.
- you get full time power to the fuse with the red wires, and switched power to the yellow and white wires

3CS HD Splitters - NOTE: all CS Splitters are now a more compact 20 cm (8 in)
These splitters allow you to use an output for 2 circuits which will share the same fuse.
Made using high temp 18 AWG wire and high temp sheathing. Each side of the splitter is good up to 10A, total of 15A for the two sides.
Below are shown all the possible choices you can get, you can choose both outputs.

FREE - Switching Lead Posi-Tap Choice: I now give you a choice of a Posi-Tap to suit different wire sizes. Some bikes, especially CanBUS bikes have very small wires. The parking light wire definitely needs a PTA2022 it’s so small. There is no charge for this option but of course you must be buying a 3CS Kit above. See the Posi Products Page for info about Posi-Taps and their sizes.
The Kit’s default is the PTA1800 which will fit most bikes but it’s nice to have the right size.
Order a few extra sizes from the Posi Products Page and make sure you have one that fits just right.

CanBUS Protective Diode Option: A protective diode can be ordered inline on the ignition switched lead, preventing reverse current flow back to the bike. This is highly recommended for CANBus bikes.

Relay Weather Proofing Option: A large sheath of removable shrinktube is shrunk over the relay connection to provide water proofing for those who like to cross rivers and get their bike wet. You can also buy this shrinktube here and add your own weather proofing.
